Our approach is a mindfulness-based practice. The body and mind are intrinsically connected, practicing yoga, Pilates, and animal flow with the intention to move the body through all ranges of motion with control, encouraging you to listen to your body as your guide to let you know when to ease off and when to go deeper.  By learning to connect mind, body, and breath, you will release blockages on a physical and energetic level finishing your practice feeling amazing.

Sound Baths, Workshops and Retreats

Transformative sessions that incorporate various modalities including Neuro Linguistic Programming and mindset coaching. We can work on the body all we like but if we don't work on our minds we will always have limitations. The mind and body are intrinsically linked and past traumas and the stories we tell ourselves play out in the body, showing up in imbalance and restriction. By discovering your own unique strengths and working with the unconscious mind we can reprogram your mind as you learn to let go of self-limiting beliefs. Working together we can uncover your essence making room for you to live life to your full potential.
