Leanne Morland
Leanne discovered Yoga's true power about 10 years ago during a practice. She was suffering from back and neck pain from injuries she had sustained. Yoga supported her through her recovery as she became stronger and more focused on true health and balance. Leanne has continued to evolve and grow since her initial teacher training in 2015. She has since studied Yin Yoga, Meditation, and Trauma Sensitive Yoga for Anxiety, Depression, and Body Image. This experience evokes a sense of internal empowerment in each student when they attend Leanne's classes. As a teacher, Leanne loves to focus on alignment and tuning awareness into deep feeling within the body to unlock and release tension. Her style of teaching is warm and informative with a sprinkle of playful challenges.

Julie Rast
Julie has been in the fitness industry for over 36 years. She took up yoga 12 years ago
when she was in a stressful occupation. She studied yoga 10 years ago and has been teaching a variety of yoga styles, including vinyasa flow, yin yoga, and hatha yoga for over 9 years. Julie has been teaching Pilates for the last 4 years and loves the strength side of Pilates, incorporating a fair bit of strength work into her classes. Julie also teaches Qigong, a form of Tai Chi. It helped her personally with stress and various health issues. This led her to do the teacher training, to pass the benefits on to others. Julie has done her level 1 Crystal Bowl training and is soon to do level 2 and incorporates them into her classes when she has time. Julie loves all things fitness and, being in her 60s, attributes her good health and wellbeing to keeping fit and active.
